Beach Weddings by Joanie is a unique beach wedding company. We do not travel around the entire state of Florida we only provide weddings in the area we live in, the Cocoa Beach area and surrounding beaches in Brevard County. Having an office in downtown Cocoa Beach Florida allows us to provide you with peace of mind. We are a local company with local ties to the community. When you find our address in a search engine, you will find “Beach Weddings by Joanie” on the door. Inside we have a beautiful bridal room for you to change into your wedding clothes, do your hair, make up etc. This means no driving to us with your gown on or changing in a public restroom. Relax in the air conditioning before walking out our door to the beach located behind us. And yes, we have an area for others to change as well. We have an area for consultations if you are able to meet in person. You can see our designs etc. in person view photos, videos etc. Though we realize many cannot do this in person if you are available to meet we are happy to set up an appointment. The beach behind our office is ideal for weddings. It is a less populated area compared to many beach wedding spots. Though we can NEVER guarantee a deserted beach it is usually less crowded at non-peak hours. We have no private beaches in Cocoa Beach and the surrounding cities on the Space Coast. This area of the beach down the 1st St. N. beach access road is a “locals” beach with some visitors and many surfers.

How Easy is It?

Choose the package and add-ons that best fit your needs. Go to the contact page on this site, fill the form out to see if your date is available. A contract will be emailed when you are ready. A non-refundable deposit will hold your date this will vary but usually range from $75- $500. All balances are due one month before the date planned. Once you are booked you will be emailed ceremonies to choose from as well as a form you will fill out so I have all the details for your wedding. Just “show up” on your wedding day with your FLORIDA marriage license in hand and don't worry about a thing, everything will be ready for you for your ceremony just the way YOU want it. Florida's Space Coast
Brevard county, also known as the Space Coast of Florida is located on the east central coast. Home of famous Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. The area is the ideal vacation spot, an hour away from the Orlando attractions, minutes from Kennedy Space Center and just down the street from Port Canaveral, the second largest port for passenger cruise lines. You can have a beautiful beach wedding and enjoy a fabulous honeymoon all in the same place.
